Mindfulness teaches us how to become less attched to our thoughts and more curious about ourselves.

It gives us the gift of space between our emotions and our thoughts.

Sometimes those long days in the lead up to and after the birth of a newborn can leave us with busy minds that we find it difficult to switch off. All the advice we get from many different sources, lots of new skills to learn- there is a lot going on and little wonder we often find it overwhelming.

This course is designed to be the complete guide to mindfulness for new parents.

What is it? How do I fit it into my life? How does it help?

All presented in a way that is relevant to your busy new life as a parent.
