A great time to start it would be at around 12 weeks of pregnancy so you can feel much more prepared as you approach the birth as well as still giving you access in those first few months of newborn life. However all are designed so that they can be started and completed at any point at all, even post partum.
As much or as little as you want to. These courses are designed to be completed at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home. You can even sit down with your partner or support person and go through the modules together to help prepare you both for the exciting times ahead.
